Summer Fun was made on a level 3 canvas. When I think of summer I think of vibrance and pops of colors. I think of bright pink, greens, yellows blues and thats exactly what I added to this painting. The idea of summer was my inspiration for this piece and I absolutely love the way it came out.
You can see the layers of green, blues and yellow and you can see the shimmer from the gold that creates a faded look into orange. You can see the blends of yellow and blue and gold that create incredible cells all throughout each petal blown. This painting definitely gives a lot to look at and never gets old.
Summer Fun does have a few lightly empty spots on the side of the canvas due to the lack of paint in that area, besides that this painting is in great shape.
